4 Ways to Celebrate Career and Technical Education Month in February

February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) month in the United States. The goal of CTE month is to raise pubic awareness around the achievements and accomplishments in CTE programs across the country.

CTE is education that prepares students for jobs in numerous fields including technology, science, engineering and manufacturing. There are numerous ways to celebrate CTE month.

1. Speak with your representative or senator about the importance of career and technical education in your community.
2. Share CTE events on social media
3. Host a school visit through the Association for Career and Technical Education.
4. Participate in the CTE Month and NASA HUNCH Student Video Challenge through the Association for Career and Technical Education.
