The world has certainly changed in the past 100 years. With roots that began in 1921 with Dyke’s Automobile and Gasoline Engine Encyclopedia, G-W first expanded its publishing into the trades. As inventions, innovations, and technologies were introduced over the years, these advancements impacted education and the direction of G-W. Our path into Family and Consumer Sciences started in the 1980s and broadened to other developing fields such as IT, Health Sciences, and Health Education. New courses, new pathways, and new careers demand new learning resources that reflect our ever-changing times. As the world evolves, so does G-W.

As G-W reaches this 100-year milestone, we are very thankful.
